Our Service - Clients

As an independent recruitment consultancy, we can support clients through every stage of their recruitment process.

Tailored to Suit You

We will tailor our approach based on your requirements. This can start with the pre-recruitment phase, creating the job description and person spec for the ideal candidate. Or we can simply take a brief and run with it, delivering a shortlist of pre-screened candidates for interview. Alternatively, we can work on an ongoing, retained basis, overseeing your whole recruitment strategy.

Benchmarking Success

With access to the latest research, we can provide insight into salary and benefit expectations, and other requirements clients ought to consider to be successful in an increasingly competitive job market.

Targeting the Right Candidates

The fundamental measure of a successful recruiter lies in their ability to target the right candidates. And whilst we have access to all the best job boards, the key is in being able to target passive candidates who are not necessarily active in the job market. This is where our experience and networking ability comes to the fore. Using our vast professional network, we’re able to headhunt candidates who would otherwise remain unaware of the job opportunity. We’re also highly adept at utilising social media to get in front of the right candidates.

Pre-Screening

The process of sorting and pre-screening applications is typically time consuming and arduous. And that’s before engaging with applicants to qualify their suitability and arrange interviews and assessments. Using powerful database and applicant tracking software, we’re able to manage this process quickly and effectively.

Interview & Selection

We interview all potential candidates prior to submitting them to our clients. And we can provide support around the selection process itself, even assisting in interviews or conducting assessments.

Getting the Offer Right

The offer stage needs very careful handling. We liaise with candidates following final stage interviews to gain feedback and check that they are clear and serious about the job offer. This includes qualifying their expectations around salary, benefits, start date and any other issues that might affect their ability to fulfil all aspects of the role. It’s incredibly important to get this stage right because increasingly candidates are lost due to counteroffers from existing employers. We ensure our clients are prepared for all outcomes, including the possibility of having to negotiate against a counteroffer.

Onboarding

With reports stating that 20% of new employees leave their jobs within their first 12 weeks, it’s incredibly important to manage the onboarding process carefully. We will remain in contact with the successful job applicant during the first few months in their new role. And in the unlikely event that things don’t work out and the applicant leaves within the first 12 weeks, we will work with you to ensure the role is re-filled as quickly and cost effectively as possible.

Professional Standards

Our commitment to professional standards and ethics is reflected in our membership of the REC (Recruitment & Employment Confederation). We support and uphold the values outlined in the REC’s Code of Professional Practice, which covers compliance with all recruitment industry laws and best practice.
